Blind Pimple Remedies

I get blind pimples on my chin quite often. Lately I have been experimenting with various natural remedies for this no-headed monster.  The following are methods that I have had various succeses with in enabling the blind pimple to form a head, thus being able to clear quicker.

  1. Hot Water - that's right, good old fashioned hot water. Just wet a face washer with hot water and wring out the excess. Place on the affected area for as long as the compress is warm. This gently coaxes the pimple out, and also helps to reduce the redness and swelling.
  2. Apple Cider Vinegar - I have probably had the most success with this. Just wet a cotton wool ball or cotton makeup removal pad with some apple cider vinegar and hold it on the spot of frustration for a minute or so. Don't hold it there too long as it is quite acidic and could burn your skin.  Do this a few times a day. For me it helped the head of the pimple come out quite quickly.
  3. Tea Tree Oil - I actually found this quite useful for when I had brought the pimple to the surface. It helps to dry the pimple out, whilst providing some anti-bacterial protection. Wet a cotton wool ball or cotton makeup removal pad with cool water and add a drop of tea tree oil and dab on the affected area.
  4. Honey and Cinnamon - this is a little bit messy at first, but it does provide some good results. Mix together a teaspoon of honey with a teaspoon of cinnamon. Apply to the required areas and leave on for as long as possible. It's sticky and uncomfortable at first, but it does dry eventually. This method brought out pimples that I didn't even know were there! It's not as fast working as other methods, but just as effective.
Remember, NEVER squeeze a pimple.  It could cause it to get infected and leave a scar on your pretty face!

Do you have any other natural methods of bringing out blind pimples?
